Fair point! When the process is working, it's super collaborative and everyone solves problems together to get a better end result. And to your point, that's far more likely to be the case. But then we also see stories about movies like Justice League where the producers completely change the vision. Obviously, that's a well-known example. I'm definitely skewing a bit more negative in this article just because I'm trying to highlight a potential problem. When the system works, though, it does work beautifully!
